Are you ready for an exciting podcast with an autism nutrition and diet specialist? I am SO excited to have Jenny Friedman on the podcast today. Jenny is a registered dietitian who specialises in nutrition for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Today is Jenny is talking all about different ways to encourage your children to try new foods. She also gives us an insight into how to help expand your child’s diet. Along with what barriers they may be facing.
Jenny even answered questions from some of our listeners. One is about a child who is currently only eating baby pouches for food at 7 years of age. And also about gluten free diets.
Diet and nutrition is a huge struggle for many children, but there are definitely added difficulties for our children. This podcast interview with Jenny was an amazing experience. I got to have an insight into the fantastic work that Jenny does everyday.
