Description
These simplified Bible stories are a great way for you to introduce the Bible into your classroom and to keep your Religious Education lessons engaging and worthwhile for your students.
Each of the Bible stories included in this pack have been simplified to make them easier for your students to understand, which hopefully, will in turn keep your students focused and engaged when listening to and reading the stories.
The stories come in spelling options to suit all classrooms (eg colour/color).
The stories included are:
♦ Adam and Eve
♦ Daniel in the Lions Den
♦ David and Goliath
♦ Jonah and the Whale
♦ Joseph and his Colorful/Colourful Coat
♦ Noah’s Ark
♦ Easter
♦ Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand
♦ The 7 Days of Creation
♦ The Good Samaritan
Each mini-page, is half an actual page size, meaning you cut each page in half. I recommend laminating each page individually and then binding together to make a book – it’ll also make it stronger and longer lasting for you.
This is a fun, and simple way to introduce a Bible story into your classroom and Religious Education lessons. You can use this resource as a whole class story which you can read to your students, or print numerous copies and have them readily available for your students to read in your classroom library.
Another great way to use this resource is to introduce the book page by page each day/week and put together as a sequencing activity into student’s literacy books so that you can discuss each page more in-depth and have your students work on their sequencing skills.
