Columbus Day Craftivity, Craft Activity

This Columbus Day craftivity is a fun and engaging lesson for your students to take part in to create a Columbus craft. This craft activity is great to work on your students creative and fine motor skills, by putting it altogether. Once completed, it ca be used as a literacy activity as well -providing a box for students to write/draw in.

This resource comes with templates for students to colour in. It also comes with a box without text or with text included as well as with or without handwriting lines. There are also two blank ones which can be used for what you wish.

Instructions

• Print out the pages needed
• Have students colour in the pieces
• Cut out each of the parts
• Sticks the body parts to the text box – so that the body looks like it is holding the box (see cover image)
• Have students fill in the box – drawing, writing etc.
• You are finished.
