These task cards are a great way for your students to recognise the missing words in a sentence. They are are perfect addition to your literacy and St Patrick’s Day activities. Students need to read the sentence on the task card. Then, work out which of the 3 options of missing words fits in the sentence.
This is a great way for you to work on sentence structure. As well as how to build appropriate sentences.
Your students will love working on their sentence skills with these task cards. I recommend laminating each of the individual task cards. That way, they will be stronger, longer lasting and reusable in the future. There are 20 different task cards included, and all come in the theme of St Patrick’s Day.
Instructions
- Print all the pages included.
- Cut out and laminate each of the individual task cards.
- Lay the task cards out in your literacy lessons. Then, watch your students identify the missing words in the sentences.
These task cards fit into photo storage boxes. This makes it easy for you to stay organised and keep all the pieces together.
