Description
Do your students need to work on their ten frame, counting and number recognition skills? Are you looking for engaging Thanksgiving activities to use with your students? If so, these Thanksgiving ten frames are perfect to use as part of your math lessons and activities.
These hands-on math task cards are a fun and engaging way for your students to work on their number formation, counting and ten frame skills. The task cards included are from numbers 0-10. First, students form the number on the top of the task card. Then, they count out the amount of manipulative or mini erasers to place into the ten frame on the task card. Your students can also use dry-wipe pens or bingo dabbers for this.
The ten frames are all blank on these task cards. Meaning your students use a manipulative or dry wipe pen to fill in the ten frames for the same number that is shown on the task card.
I recommend cutting out and laminating each of the individual task cards so that they will be stronger and longer-lasting.
Instructions are included on the first page of PDF file. 2 task cards come on each page to minimise your printing.
These task cards fit perfectly into photo storage boxes – making it easy for you to stay organised and keep all the pieces together.
