Digital Products
Digital products are the products that you purchase and receive an electronic copy of. Digital copies of resources can not be returned because they download straight to your device. It is because of this reason that digital resources are final and non-refundable. If you are experiencing any issues in accessing your purchase please contact me on contact@teachingautism.co.uk where I will be able to provide you with the help and support you need.
Hard Goods
Hard goods are the products that you purchase and receive an actual, physical copy of through the mail. I will happily accept any returns or exchanges if you contact me within 7 days of you receiving the item so long as it is returned to me at your expense in it’s original condition and packaging. You must ship the items back to myself within 7 days of the return/refund agreement.
If you wish to cancel, my cancellation policy is as follows;
Within 24 hours of order being placed: 100% refund
Within 48 hours of order being placed: 75% refund
Within 72 hours of order being placed: 50% refund
After 72 hours you will not be entitled to any refund at all.
If the product you have purchased is customised or personalised, this will be non-refundable unless it has arrived damaged or in an un-useable state. This will still need to be returned to myself, with photographic evidence sent to myself within 48 hours of you receiving the item. This will again be checked by postal tracking information.
