Apples Number Recognition Matching

This apple themed resource is a great way for students to work on their number recognition and counting skills. Each page contains a tree with an apple and a number on it. Students then have to use their other apples with different counting themes on them to match them to the correct apple number tree.

The counting apples contain;
• Numbers shown on hands/fingers
• Dice numbers
• Tally numbers

This is a great way to see if your students are able to carry their counting skills across into different versions of counting and images. This is a great activity to add to your Apple unit or even Fall / Autumn. Comes in col. option only.

Instructions
• Print out each of the pages
• Laminate the apple tree pages
• Cut out the individual apples with numbers on and laminate
• Students then match the individual apples to the number apple tree.
