Description
This Christmas adapted book is a fun addition to your autism and special education classroom. It is great way for your students to work on their instruction and attention to detail skills. Students have to read/listen to the instructions on the top of the work page and follow them. Then, find the matching decorations to put onto the Christmas tree.
Each child/activity comes in two different difficulty levels to suit your individual students needs. Page a is the lower ability option. Page b is the higher ability option, eg) 1a is lower ability than 1b.
Children have to read the instructions at the top of the page. Or you read to them. And then they have to select the correct decorations to decorate the tree!
I highly recommend following the instructions included on the first page of the PDF to put this activity together as a book for your students to follow.
This comes in black and white and color/colour option to suit your printing preference.
There are 5 different activities included and each activity comes in 2 different difficulty levels = 10 potential activities. This activity is a great way to introduce some festive fun into your learning environment while encouraging your students to work on a variety of vital skills. These skills can also be transferred to real life situations where students decorate Christmas trees – either in school or at home. This Christmas adapted book is perfect for your autism students to work on their instruction skills.
