Description
This behaviour management / behavior management themed social story is a great resource to introduce and encourage behaviour management strategies with your students.
This social story is 22 mini pages long and 11 pages in total. It comes in both spelling options of behaviour / behavior.
The story is a walkthrough of different things that students may do if they get angry/sad and how you/they can help calm.
Each page comes with a descriptive image/symbol.
I recommend printing each page individually, laminating and then binding together a book so that it can be used for future/prolonged use.
The pages included are as follows;
♦ I am happy when I get to do things I like
♦ I get sad if I have to do things I don’t like
♦ Sometimes, I get angry if I have to do something I hate
♦ I may get angry if something doesn’t go my way
♦ When I’m angry I may not know what to do
♦ I might cry
♦ I may have a tantrum
♦ I may throw things across the room
♦ I may scream really, really loud
♦ I may make a mess
♦ I may hurt myself
♦ If I hurt myself, this may make me upset
♦ I may hurt someone
♦ I should remember to be kind to others.
♦ If I hurt someone else, they may get upset
♦ My teacher can help me if I am angry or upset
