Body Communication Fan Where Hurts?

£1.25

Your students will be able to communicate their pain with you easier with this body communication fan. The visual fan is the perfect way to allow your students to recognise body parts. From here, you can communicate with your students where they are in pain.

This is also a great idea for individuals who know they are in pain, but can not pinpoint the source of the pain. Encourage your students to go through each of the body parts with you on your fan, checking them. This will enable your students to work on understanding their body and pain.

This fan is small and portable. Meaning, this is a great tool to have on you at all times. It’s easy to use and is great to use in a range of situations – including doctor and hospital visits for check-ups.

There are a range of different body parts included on this fan. You can put them together with a keyring and keep on you at all times. Visuals are very important to your autism and special education students. By having them portable it means that we can continue our communication at all times.

Body parts included are;

  • arm
  • head (boy)
  • head (girl)
  • ear
  • eye
  • finger
  • foot
  • knee
  • ankle
  • leg
  • lips
  • nose
  • shoulders
  • stomach
  • teeth
  • thumb
  • toe
  • tongue
  • hand
  • wrist

I recommend cutting out each of the individual fan pieces. Then, laminate and hole punch them. Attach to a keyring so that they can be used to show students quickly and easily.
