Description
Do your students need to work on their colour recognition and instructional skills? If so this colour recognition activity is perfect to add to your autumn/fall unit.
Students need to follow the instruction on each task card. The instruction tells them what colour acorn to feed to the squirrel. This is great for getting students to not only read – or listen to – instructions, but also to be able to follow them.
The colours included are;
- Black
- Blue
- Brown
- Green
- Gray / Grey
- Orange
- Pink
- Purple
- Red
- White
- Yellow
Instructions
- Print out the included task cards and symbol cards.
- Cut out and laminate all of the pieces included.
- Students have to match the colour acorns onto the squirrel task cards.
These task cards are best used when laminated. This way they will be stronger, longer lasting and reusable. They will be a great addition to your maths, and squirrel activities.
These task cards fit perfectly into photo storage boxes – making it easy for you to stay organised and keep all the pieces together.
