Day and Night Animal Sorting, Diurnal and Nocturnal

Description

This activity is a great way for your students to work on their day and night sorting skills, allowing them to sort the animals into Diurnal and Nocturnal.

The animals included are:
• dog
• pig
• cow
• hedgehog
• owl
• butterfly
• fox
• bat
• sheep
• badger
• mole
• mouse
• rabbit
• skunk
• bee

Instructions
• Print out the sorting pages you want (there are 2 options; Diurnal and Nocturnal or Day and Night) then cut and laminate these so they will be stronger and longer lasting
• Cut out each of the individual animals and laminate them – they will be stronger and longer lasting.
• Students then use the animals to sort into whether the animal is diurnal or nocturnal.
