How to Use / What’s Included

• Download the activity and open with Adobe Acrobat. It must be opened with Adobe Acrobat for the editable formatting to be correct.
• Pages 2-3: Completed examples. You can print these to use as examples for your students to refer to if you like to give them an end result visual.
• Page 4: Base page. Print one for each student.
• Page 5: This page contains the 2D shapes needed to craft your own mouse (like on page 2)
• Page 6: This page contains mouse clipart images to cut and stick onto your name page (like on page 3)
• Pages 7-15: Cookies. The cookies are editable. You just need to click the circles inside them and type the letters of each students name and print. You can also just print them blank and have students write the letters of their name inside the circles to paste onto their worksheet.
