Are you looking for fun and engaging following instructions activities? Working on instruction skills can be tough. But with this hands-on spring activity, your students are going to love working on their instruction following skills as well as a range of other skills.
Students need to follow the instructions on the task cards to build their spring flowers. Students will work on;
- Understanding and Following instructions
- Color Recognition / Colour Recognition
- Fine Motor Skills
- Number Recognition
The task cards come in a variety of levels to challenge your students. They also come with symbol support, some examples are;
1. Put 1 blue flower in the pot
2. Put 2 green flowers in the pot.
3. Put 1 yellow flower and 1 red flower in the pot.
4. Put 1 pink flower and 2 yellow flowers in the pot.
5. Put 1 yellow flower, 1 blue flower and 2 pink flowers in the pot.
6. Put 2 brown flowers, 1 red flower and 2 green flowers in the pot.
Instructions
- Print out the pages included
- Cut out and laminate each of the individual task cards and flowers.
- Students follow the instructions on the task cards to make their flower.
