These St Patrick’s colour task cards are a great way to work on colour recognition. The task cards are fun, engaging and hands-on. Students need to match the same colour pom poms to the leprechaun on the task card.
Your students will love finding the different colour pom poms to the leprechauns. You can also use giant tweezers to pick up the pom poms to work on fine motor skills.
I recommend laminating all of the task cards included. This will make them stronger, longer lasting and reusable in the future.
Instructions
- Print out the task cards.
- Cut and laminate the task cards.
- Have the same colour pom poms available. These are for your students to match them to the correct colour task card/leprechaun.

- Orange
- Pink
- Purple
- Blue (dark)
- Red
- White
- Yellow
The task cards come in both spelling options i.e color/colour, grey/gray. These task cards fit into photo storage boxes. This makes it easy for you to stay organised and keep all the pieces together. You will need to have matching colour pom poms to use this activity.
