Description
There are 18 different Thanksgiving theme adapted books included in this pack that are great for students to work on their sentence building and symbol recognition skills. The books come in different levels to differentiate between students abilities and to help them progress through levels as they progress with their sentence building skills.
Adapted books are a great way to encourage students to pay close attention to detail and start to link vocabulary to the images that they see. Each book comes with symbols as well as a ‘base page’ this is where the symbols can be stored when not in use and for students to select the symbols from to use within the adapted books.
All books come in both col and b/w option for your printing preference except for the colour/color books – these just come in col. option.
Adapted books are a great resource to use in Special Education classes or even mainstream classes. They are fun, engaging and adapted to suit students learning.
Spelling is available to suit both colour/color, grey/gray etc.
The adapted books included in this pack are;
