Valentine’s Day Math Ten Frame Task Cards

These Valentine’s Day ten framed task cards are a fun and engaging way for students to work on their ten frame, math and counting skills. This resource contains task cards with ten frames ranging from 0-10

 

Students have to count how many hearts are in each of the ten frames and then select the correct answer out of 3 possible choices on the bottom of the task card.

 

These are a great way to get students counting and working on their ten frames while introducing the theme and celebration of Valentine’s Day into their learning.

 

They come in col and b/w option for your preference. Also comes with an alternative font file which you can see in the preview.

 

Instructions are included on the first page of PDF file. 2 task cards come on each page to minimise your printing.

 

I recommend cutting and laminating each task card individually, by laminating the task cards you will find they are stronger and longer lasting. This means you can use them year in, year out for your students, just pulling them out of the cupboard and you can wipe them clean after your students have finished with them!
