Description
Are you looking for an engaging Valentine’s Day number recognition activity? If so, your students will love these task cards. The task cards contain 3 tasks for students to complete.
- First, they have to count how many hearts are in the jar on the task card.
- Once they have counted the hearts, they have to find the matching number tally love sticks. They add this onto the task card.
- Finally, they find the number and add that onto the task card.
With this resource, students are able to work on numbers in 3 different ways. This is a great way for them to identify numbers being displayed in different ways.
