Winter Fact or Opinion Task Cards

Description

These Winter fact or opinion task cards are a fun and engaging way for your students to work on recognising facts or opinions. Students can either read the sentence on top of the task card – or have it read to them – and then decide if the statement is a fact or opinion. Students can choose their answer on the bottom of the task card.

Learners can choose their answer by;
• pointing
• using a dry wipe pen
• using a clothes peg.

All of the statements included on the task cards are linked to the theme of Winter. Sorting facts and opinions can be a hard skill for many of our learners to grasp. These task cards are a great way to provide our learners with that opportunity to work on this important skill. These task cards will make the activity fun and engaging for your students.

There are 19 different task cards included, providing your students with lots of opportunities to work on this skill. Printing can be expensive, so we have provided these task cards in both colour and black and white for your printing preference. We have also included two task cards per page to minimise printing.
