Hi everyone, I’m so excited for today’s blog post. I was recently sent a Soundsory – a music and movement program device to try out and I am in LOVE! And I can’t wait to talk to you all about Soundsory, and what you can use this device for.
What is it?
Soundsory is a Music and Movement Program and helps to improve motor and cognitive abilities for users.
Soundsory is a multi-sensory approach. And it combines sound with movement. This helps to stimulate the vestibular and auditory systems simultaneously.
It is a 20 hour program that is delivered in 40 days. Each day has a 30 minute session, and this includes 25 minutes of modified music and 5 minutes of movement exercises.
The headset comes with the options for you to change the volume up/down, play/pause and to skip ahead or go backwards.
You can find out even more by visiting their website here.
What’s included?
Everything you need comes in this handy hard storage pack. This makes it easy to store away – and reduces the chance of something going missing.
Inside this hard storage pack, you will find;
- Soundsory headset
- Headband
- USB charging cable
- Instructions
What are the benefits?
There are SO many benefits to this device, I honestly don’t know where to start. But, here goes;

- It’s safe and efficient.
- Soundsory is very user friendly.
- It integrates very advantaged technology like dynamic filter, bone conduction and rhythmical music.
- It has bluetooth so you can link it to your phone/device and stream your music through the headphones!

It has been designed to be used by anyone over 2 years who have;
- Motor Delays
- Balance and Co-ordination Issues
- Autism
- Developmental Delays
- Sensory and Auditory Processing Disorders

- ADHD
Can I use this at home with my child?
Sure! One of the things I love most about Soundsory is that it can be used anywhere and with anyone. The whole family can get involved and use Soundsory. And we all know how beneficial it can be when we lead by example and show our children how to use things.
You can watch my brief Youtube video below to see me unboxing my Soundsory device and how the headphones work.
