I love using this shopping activity for speech therapy sessions with my students. My students get so excited when I pull this out.. And it’s great for working on shopping life skills in a controlled classroom environment.. Then we are able to transfer these skills to when we go out shopping in the community.
In this blog post I’m going to share information about this shopping activity, how you can use it with your students and the benefits. I’ll also give you the link so you can go and download this activity to use with your students too.

I love this idea! Especially how it relates to skills used in everyday life 🙂 I do something similar in my room but more towards writing. After reading this, I'm going to extend my activity to include more talking 🙂

I love this idea! We do a lot of shopping trips with my class and this would be a great preparation activity or even a summary activity after the trip!
