I am so excited on the podcast today to be sharing 5 self-care ideas for teachers to try. Last week I was talking all about setting personal goals. And how we need to remember that we are people too – and our professions do not define us.
So, I thought it was fitting this week to talk about self-care ideas. Especially after a lot of you reached out to me and spoke about how you really wanted to make self-care a priority… You just don’t know where to start. And a lot of self-care ideas either take a lot of money.. Or a lot of time. And that’s usually the thing that stops us going forward with our self-care.
So for this podcast episode, I really tried to think of 5 ideas that won’t cost a lot of money.. And won’t talk a lot of time. I also tried to think of ones that aren’t the usual common ones we see.. Like have a bubble bath.. Or read a book. I tried to get a little creative with the ideas while still keeping them accessible for as many listeners as possible.
