Welcome to my first episode on our ‘Teaching Autism and Special Education Community’ podcast. I am so excited to share this podcasting journey with you all.
This podcast is perfect for;
- teachers,
- education professionals,
- therapists,
- families,
- parents,
- carers,
- and anyone who wants to learn more about autism and special education.
Episode #1
I’m giving you a brief introduction to me and Teaching Autism, followed by a short session on burnout and self-care. Self-care is huge right now. Especially with more teachers and parents being burnt out than ever before.
I’ll be sharing with you how you can identify burn out. As well as ways to avoid it and look after yourself.
Do you want to sign up for my free 10 day self-care challenge? It starts on June 10th 2019. And you can sign up by clicking here and filling in the form.
Let me know what you think of the podcast. I have some great sessions and guest speakers lined up over the next few weeks. Do you have any requests for sessions? Or would you like to be a guest speaker? Please leave a comment below or email me at contact@teachingautism.co.uk
Thank you for listening to my Teaching Autism and Special Education Podcast.
Thanks,
Nikki
