Counting Gingerbread Men on the Tray Adapted Book for Special Education

This counting gingerbread men on the tray adapted book is a fun and engaging activity for your special education students.

Do your students need to work on their vocabulary and counting skills? Are you looking for hands-on and engaging resources for your gingerbread men themed unit? If so, this counting to 10 gingerbread men on the tray adapted book is perfect to use with your special education and autistic students.

Instructions

• Print out the book, symbols and base page.
• Cut out and laminate each of the pages and bind into adapted books.
• Cut out and laminate each of the individual symbols and place velcro onto the back of them.
• Laminate the final base – the base board – and add velcro onto these.
• Place the individual symbols onto the base board. Students choose the symbols from the base board to place onto the adapted book as they complete it.
