Pre Primer Sight Words | Caterpillar Sight Word Worksheets
This caterpillar pre-primer sight word hunt is a fun addition to your literacy centers. Do your students need to work on their ‘pre-primer‘ sight words? Are you looking for engaging and fun activities to add to your bugs or insect unit or sight word lessons? If so, these sight words worksheets are perfect to use as part of your literacy centers.
This activity is a great way to have students moving around the room, hunting for the different sight word leaves, finding the matching sight word leaves on their worksheet and then covering/coloring this in.
Alternatively, you can also hide the sight word leaves in a sensory tray for your students to find.
This is a great way to keep students motivated and engaged while working on their vocabulary and spelling skills. These worksheets are perfect for your students to work on their sight word recognition, reading and language skills.
