How to Use

• Students read the instruction (with visuals) on each page.
• Then students move the Easter egg to see what CVC image is hiding inside.
• Finally, students identify the CVC image and find the matching CVC word to place onto the page.

Instructions

1. Print pages 3-12.
2. Cut pages 3-8 in half and laminate. Then bind together as a book.
3. Cut out the symbols on page 9 and laminate.
4. Cut out all the Easter eggs individually on pages 10-12, then laminate.
5. Staple the bottom of the Easter eggs on each page to cover up the clipart. Or you can use a hole punch and a pin to push through for students to spin the egg around.
6. Students need to move the Easter egg to find out what image is underneath, then find the matching symbol.
