In this blog post today I’m sharing another one of our favourite classroom Christmas activities. We recently made Christmas Pudding chocolate mallows – and I can confirm, they turned out so good! My students loved them – and so did their families!
These are great if you don’t have great cooking facilities because they’re really easy to put together. This is also great if you have younger students or students who are slowly gaining cookery skills.
Supplies Needed
- Chocolate mallow teacakes (see image below for example)
- Icing sugar
- Water
- Spoon
- Red balls & green holly icing decorations
Instructions
- Follow the instructions on your icing sugar and make white icing.
- Use a spoon to spread the icing on top of a tea cake mallow, make sure to cover all the top.
- Place holly and red ball icing decorations on top to decorate.
And that’s it! A super quick, easy and affordable activity to do this Christmas time without having to use a tonne of ingredients or an oven.
