Halloween Fact or Opinion Task Cards

These Halloween themed fact or opinion task cards are a great way to get your students thinking and working on fact/opinion statements while continuing the theme of Halloween.

Sorting facts from opinions can be a hard skill for many of our students to grasp, so by making it fun with this activity is a great way for us to encourage our students to work on these important skills. Students read – or be read- the statement on top of the task card and then have to choose whether this statement is true or false. Students can do this by using a dry wipe pen or peg to select their answer on the bottom of the task cards.

The cards come in both col. and black and white option for your printing preference. I highly recommend laminating each of the individual task cards so that they will be stronger, longer lasting and re-usable in the future.
